RISE Memphis is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the Goal Card Program through data collection, organization, analysis, visualization and reporting. The work will strengthen program decisions, grant reporting and leadership visibility while reducing the administrative data workload on program staff.
What you’ll do
- Collect, clean, organize and validate participant and program data
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, databases and case-management systems
- Track participation, activities, outcomes and performance measures
- Create and update reports, dashboards and data visualizations
- Compile statistics for grant and compliance reporting
- Identify trends, gaps and data-quality concerns
- Support surveys, assessments and program evaluation
- Explain findings clearly to staff, partners and leadership
- Protect confidential participant information

Reliable records
Updated, validated participant data and a clear missing-information report.
Performance view
A monthly program summary and updated dashboard or tracker.
Reporting support
Grant statistics, survey analysis or other agreed reporting outputs.
Next-step summary
Completed work, outstanding items, risks and recommendations for the next month.

Your work will help the organization understand Goal Card participation and outcomes, improve program delivery and report results clearly to leadership, partners and funders.
What we’re looking for
- Current enrollment in or completion of a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience organizing and analyzing data
- Strong attention to detail, communication and deadline management
- Ability to work independently and provide consistent progress updates
- Responsible handling of confidential information
- Interest in youth development and nonprofit impact
How renewal works
The contract begins with a one-month term. At month end, RISE Memphis may review deliverable quality, accuracy, timeliness, communication, privacy compliance, program priorities and available funding. If both parties agree, the contract may renew for an additional month with an updated scope of work. Renewal is not guaranteed.
