Thinkers and Doers is seeking a mentorship graduate to implement a basic AI virtual assistant for Love Laine Spa, an independently owned spa and wellness business. Love Laine Spa uses Vagaro Business to manage appointments and wants to reduce missed calls, streamline routine questions and make it easier for customers to request appointments.
What you’ll do
- Review existing Google and Vagaro access before creating anything new
- Configure a focused Google Cloud proof of concept
- Build call flows for FAQs, booking, transfer and system failure
- Test routine and out-of-scope customer scenarios
- Provide weekly progress updates and complete the work over two months

Required to apply
- Successful completion of the Thinkers and Doers Data and AI Mentorship Program
- Current student or recent graduate in a relevant technical discipline
- Ability to learn unfamiliar platforms and communicate with a nontechnical owner
- Availability for the full two-month project
- Responsible handling of customer and business information
